[Berlin] Looking for a Web Dev to build a B2B SaaS together

Hello there,

I'm looking for a Web Dev who is aspired to start a business in Berlin, Germany. I've developed a high fidelity prototype and have several companies interested in purchasing the product. I'm working on it full time and I don't have anything on the side.

About me: B2B sales professional with record in FinTech in making partnership with companies globally. I've lived & worked in several countries in Europe and Asia. I've started a startup prior to this one that was one of the graduates of Founder Institute.

About the company: B2B SaaS focused on B2B sales teams that is focused on psychological & relationship building components (working smarter instead of harder). It's a hybrid version between a CRM and a sales tool. On the market most of these tools are just input based products (dumb) where I am working more in giving constant pro-active feedback to the user for better way of building a partnership.

About you: Passionate Web Dev with competitive spirit. It's important that you're comfortable with being a leader of the company and managing people (and spending less time on coding as time passes). Must have characteristics:

• Curious; for constant exploring & learning
• Creative; problem solving
• Committed; to her/his work and cause

In the beginning, it's possible to work on this part-time as long as there is output.
