Best alternative to Stripe for SAAS payments?

I had originally posted this question, though I will respond with the progress here.

After many conversations with Stripe, it seems that the issue was not chargebacks. It seems that there was a misunderstanding regarding the nature of the business. They did not mention exactly what this concerns was.

Anyway, after review it seems that my business was okayed to operate. They said it should be good. The only issue was that they refunded most of the Stripe payment I had collected this month. Will have to redo them now.

Hope my experience was helpful for others out there.

Maybe you don't need another payment processor but to look at your sign-up process? Chargebacks come when someone tells their bank they don't recognise a payment. Is it really clear to your customers what they are signing up for and that it's a recurring payment?

You can also change your statement descriptor on Stripe to make sure it's really clear the payment comes from you.

Back in like 2015 my team had way better luck with Braintree than with Stripe for international payments, but I'm not sure how much has changed since then.

Try merchant of record option, since you have global products

✔️They are resellers selling your services to customers
✔️Handle everything, including invoicing, taxes, honouring refunds, chargeback, payment compliance etc
✔️Easy to handle the payment for selling globally
✔️Expensive compared to Stripe
