Best bootcamp for learning javascript and react-native?
So I'm a 50+ year old wanna-be developer who started a software company before knowing any code. Still working with the startup, but it is time to get serious. I'd like to know who of you has had success with bootcamps, which one did you do, which stack has been most helpful. Thanks.
I don't think the ROI on bootcamps is ever worth it.
You can find everything you need online, for free.
It might be a good idea to find one or two people who know the stack you're looking to learn, so you can pay them for a super short term consultation to help you with something specific if you're very stuck.
You said you started a software company, I don't recommend doing any of that on a client's project. If you already took on a client, I'd suggest you find a developer / agency to pass it onto and take a finder's fee.
Learning on someone else's project is not a risk you get to decide to take.
To be clear - I don't write software for my software company, and I certainly don't anticipate billing myself out while learning as I go. My role in the company is product management, marketing and finance. Our company primarily markets our own apps and middleware. Thanks for the feedback on bootcamps.

Are you guys building Scandy in React Native? Or is RN just a random tech that you want to learn?
