Best cases for UI of a Data Table in CRM system?

Hey guys,
I am currently busy with designing a CRM system and one of the topics we struggle with is how to visualize a table when you don't have too much data to show. For example, we have only 2-4 columns and there is too much space in between which causes the table to look just super empty. The same for when there is no data populated, the fields are empty.

What are the best cases to visualize a table with not many columns and empty fields?

Appreciate your support on this discussion!
Thanks

    Hey @digitalniko

Can you tell us more about your data? How long usually? Metrics? Text?

Would be great to have a look at UI movement

I'm lazy, so I used airtable to illustrate the data of my little project

Does it have to be a dedicated page ? Can't you combine it with another module ?

If it's not a table you go technical with you can also change the format (like cards or sections) to make it easier to read and to format.

Empty states are an important but often overlooked part of UX. I encourage you to search a bit on the topic to see the best practices. You should find easily all the information needed
