Best community engagement tools 2021

Hey,

Just found this useful report with the most used community tools.

In particular, slide 18 shows a list of Engagement tools.

I was wondering what Engagement Tools have you tried or you’re currently using for your community? What worked and what not?

Thanks for sharing,
Matteo
