What CRM do you use and why?

    We worked on spredsheets, now we use Salesflare and it is not too bad when you just want a CRM that can send automated email flows - which is very important for me.

    Pipedrive is very sales specific and I would look into it if you actually have an established sales process.

    Hubspot is a lot more general. It's a full featured CRM but you get their marketing add ons too which can be nice.

    I would stay away from Notion for a CRM since you'd have to do a lot of manual updates.

    Have you considered Streak? It's built right inside of Gmail and fairly simple but good enough to get most of the job done.

    Pipedrive is great for small companies that sell B2B on an ABM model. Use Intercom if you’re doing more transactional user based tracking.

    We use Intercom a lot, kind of became a CRM ... without really being meant to be one.

      Isn't Intercom a live chat tool?

        It offers more than just live chat, although I use Hubspot chat as Intercom costs an arm and a leg.

        Why do people use Intercom when its sooooo expensive?

          I use it because it got hooked when pricing was much lower than that and had a startup discount.

          Since then I automated many things, have tente history of all conversations, I’m used to it and I’m sure transition won’t be easy.

          I hate their pricing but their tool is good.

          Hubspot also seem pretty expensive with all their adding no?

            I'm on the Hubspot free plan and Intercom doesn't have a free plan. I mainly use Hubspot for live chat which is free.

    I've used big CRM systems, spreadsheets, Airtable and Notion as CRM. The bigger systems slowed me down too much. Airtable and Notion was better but eventually I kept loosing track of follow ups and had to go to different places for different information like todos, emails, etc.

    So in 2019 I made a CRM for people who don't like big bloated CRM systems but need more than spreadsheets, Trello or Notion. It also has support for email sequences.

      I am trying Wobaka now and it looks simple and good, but I have a few issues, which is stopping me from switching to your paying customer :) Is the any way to leave feedback or post a bug? And get some help, the support page isn't helping me. I have few questions and feedbacks. What is the way to communicate with support?

    I don't use a CRM more than Trello as my business is really small.
    In my profession sales we use something called sugar CRM which is a good tool.
    But when it comes to CRM it's really the input that matters, no CRM is good if it's not used properly.
