Best CRM for startups? Actually let me rephrase the best Free CRM :)?

Hi Friends,

What are your thoughts on CRMs ? Here is what I tried and why I am looking for new ones.

  1. hubspot - it was ok but UI is old and clunky

  2. I then tried streak which sits in gmail and tracks your emails. Super cool cause you know right away when you have leads that have not been touched in a while. Problem is people now work so much thru viber and whatsapp so that email benefit is not so strong. Also I cant invite my co-founder to look into the CRM.

I need something free and simple. We are a tiny team so I need something very simple.

    Although it is not free, I’ve become a huge fan of Pipedrive. Simple UI and it helps you to always have a follow-up action for each lead. I used HubSpot for a few years, but like you said it feels old and complicated. Have they become the new salesforce they set out to disrupt?
