Best day / time to post to PH?
I’m about a week away from posting my disappearing voice messaging app PhoneTag (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/phonetag-leave-a-message/id1504235100) to Product Hunt.
I was wondering if anybody here has experience posting a consumer (I.e - non-SaaS) app to Product Hunt and of so could you provide advice about the right day and time to post?
My app involves sending messages to friends - so I imagine posting in the middle of the night on a weekday might not make sense. But then is there less exposure on weekends?

I had a couple projects on PH get featured/rank in the top 5.

Timewise: In a nutshell, they say to post before 9am PT, but IMO I think it honestly varies. I've posted a couple projects towards the end of the day (around 3pm PT) and they were featured the next morning.
PH's daily activity varies by the day so I wouldn't really know what day would be best to post it (not that it really matters). Although I do think that Wednesdays/Thursdays are sorta slow days. Try avoiding to post then.
