Best EU side job for indie hackers?

Hi there,

I'd be interested in what you would consider as the best day-job to have while working on your Indie Hacker projects?

In general, but also for my scenario where I'd like to have a remote job at the sea in Europe to be less exposed to pollen, as I have really strong hay fever knocking me out for 3-4months a year.
