Best front-end technology for back-end developers?

Hello there,

I am ready to start a project, but I am stuck on deciding which front-end technology should I use. I am a back-end developer, and on this project, I will be working alone. The front side is very important for attracting users/customers, but for me, it is very hard to be creative, so I need a front-end technology that is easy to use and has ready-to-use components and free templates.
