American Horror Story reaching a thirteenth season is the headline — and FX has put it directly opposite FOX's Special Forces, two shows from the same corporate family competing for the same hour.

Hell's Kitchen at 25 seasons is the quieter milestone: it has outlasted most of the competition-cooking wave it came from.
