best jurisdiction for a web3 company HQ?

Hi all, excited to go on a journey with Perpetual, and have an IC coming up as part of the Antler Residency. Wanted to get a quick survey of jurisdiction for HQ for web3 company raising traditional VC.

- must be easy for international founders to incorporate
- must be then easy to associate a company bank account
- must be easy to receive funds from foreign investors, payouts to vendors, employees, etc
- ideally a Stripe supported country ```
