Best no-code chatbot platform for an e-commerce and services business?

I'm looking for a bot platform for a no-code (or low-code) application that could do things like the following:

  • welcome visitors to my website and ask what they want
  • recognize FAQ's without my having to do any NLP training or fancy work with NLP platforms
  • give predefined answers to these FAQ's, or trigger pre-defined routines (e.g. escalate to human, trigger webhook and return result, etc.)
  • let people delve into a product catalog with a lot of categories and subcategories in it (this is in the automotive field, so for example a dialog could drill down to make/model/trim in order to show parts that map to many types of cars). Inventory would live in a separate application, possibly a Square or Shopify inventory API or similar.
  • I would like as much as possible to be managed in a UI that non-technical people could manage

Thanks for advice. Offers of help and light contracting are welcome but I'm mainly looking for suggestions of things that won't be a waste of time.
