Best product for verified reviews on my site?

I want to add verified reviews to my micro-SaaS, https://cloak.ist, to give potential buyers more confidence that we're legit.

Some options I've considered:

Is there any smaller/cheaper/newer option I can go for? I don't get a good vibe off many of these:

  • TrustRadius - pricing is ridiculously hard to find
  • Trustpilot - will start charging me a ton once I get beyond a certain level
  • G2 - apparently pretty much just an SEO-hacking lead-gen site

UPDATE: I just gave this some reflection and realised a strong option could be simply to encourage my customers to tweet reviews @getcloakist. Free, verified-ish, embeddable, not going to get charged loads to use the reviews in future.

Which of these review sites is best for a micro-SaaS?
  1. Trustpilot
  2. Capterra
  3. G2
  4. TrustRadius
  5. Goodfirms
  6. Something else I haven't heard of

I think Tweeting is a more personal, cost-effective way. Plus you're getting free distribution (to their followers). Not sure about the other tools, I haven't encountered a single founder who said they're getting "organic" traffic from any of these sites.

I agree. I've now finally added positive tweets from customers to my site and it feels really good.

Being from the industry, I think you are absolutely right when it comes to the organic traffic bit! "organic" traffic is a false promise (if any of the reviews platform do make that).
The real value add of any reviews platform revolves around trust. Since no one trusts reviews that a brand collects and displays in-house, reviews platforms help businesses build trust and increase conversions.
A review platform can only work as a traffic driver when the core business is recommendations and discovery and reviews are mere feeders to that.
About tweets, it is rather difficult to get people to tweet a review (especially those with a considerable following). Much easier to get them to leave a quick review and use that to push prospective customers.
But hold on, you just gave me an amazing idea. We should give people an option to tweet their review after posting the same!!! So that brands can leverage the "free distribution" too. This should go live soon! Thank you, you rock!!!

Louis, here's another platform you can use to list/claim your company https://techbehemoths.com/. No need to pay anything, simply register and claim your profile. I think that Twitter is nice, but not very efficient in the B2B field. Anyway, good luck with expanding your business online.

We at reviewhornet.com strongly suggest sticking to one medium and then concentrate on getting reviews from that one medium. When you feel that a specific customer is happy with your product, you can push them to the medium where you are collecting reviews and ask them to provide one.

On the other hand, when you are speaking to a prospective customer, you can forward them to that medium and ask them to check out the review

We at reviewhornet.com is a technology platform that automates this process. You can see a short video description here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwNUq57FfQk

Since we are new, we are looking for beta customers. If you are interested, we will be happy to give a free trial. Let me know.

We are smaller, cheaper and newer in the market.
Looking forward to getting you on board and your feedback :)))

    Amazing Idea..
On your landing page you take undraw illustration for that if you click on undraw website upper right corner color box and make the color to your website theme color i.e blue it will give you blue illustrations that go with your website theme.
