Best Quick and Dirty Wordpress Marketplace Theme/Framework
I'm looking to validate a concept and see how much demand for a marketplace of this specific audience, but since I don't know how big the demand will be, I wanted to find the easiest platform that'll help me get a marketplace up and running.
I'm not concerned about concurrent users and have had Wordpress sites support 1 million+ uniques/month, so I think Wordpress can be able to handle this.
Looking for any suggestions from someone whose built a marketplace in a weekend type of venture.
Appreciate the help -- happy to share with you my concept in a DM and will share with the larger group later, I'm still not 100% sure what is the best angle and there's a separate thread for this discussion..

The text and title of your post seem a bit diverged but going by the title, you're looking for a "marketplace" type theme for WordPress? If so, then that does depend on your use case since themes are often geared towards use cases; however, I can suggest a few that I've worked with which might be what you're looking for:
Most likely, if it's a marketplace, you'll be using WooCommerce which is battle-tested. Storefront is a quick and well-integrated extension for WooCommerce adding some themes and "power-ups" like Delivery Tracking.
