Best RSS-to-mailing-list software?

What mailing list software is good at taking content from RSS feeds, besides Mailchimp?

I'm talking about creating a weekly, automatically-generated email where the content is pulled from multiple RSS feeds.

"Multiple" is the key need.

The email template should be able to include multiple RSS blocks, one for each feed, with a corresponding title. But the feed block should only appear if there is new RSS content since the last newsletter went out.

I know Mailchimp can basically do this. But what about other products?

    Hi @parakeet I built usetentacle.app that does exactly this. Plus more: it can pull content from most blogs, even those without RSS feeds.

      Thanks, but that seems to be a personal service. What I'm curious about is creating a newsletter from RSS feeds that is intended for an audience other than me.
