Best solution to track product licenses (install/uninstall)? Any no-code solutions?

I'm currently developing a web hosting admin panel plugin for cPanel which and I need to track who've installed it and to also "call home" on a regular basis since I need an accurate number at the end of each month.

I'm looking for a simple solution or even a no-code solution.
