Best strategy for part time gig while bootstrapping?

I think I want a part time gig while bootstrapping.

Honestly I'd like something with a B2C customers that's actively launching now and working on a growth team.

The issue is I don't want to go full-time just yet as I'm working on my own startup that I'm eager to see launched.

Any advice?
