Best tool for user retention and gamification
Hey, i'm looking for a solution/api to manage user retention and gamification on my app. Do you know if this kind of solution exist ?

We found fiitli.com in France, this application allows French companies to offer sports to their employees. Today we have a hundred companies (about 5000 employees). We are very close to each of our users, and we send manually personalized emails with tips on their favorite sports, sports halls nearby where he can go, etc.
Today we would like to automate emails and SMS. And we would also like a gamification so that users connect even more often, and become loyal to our application.
The top would be to have very little web development to do and the sales/marketing teams can manage alone without the help of a developer.

Why are you adding gamification? In my experience gamification is a very hard field and it needs to be built in to the very service itself: You cannot just glue in badges and points to make people use your product more, people will notice and it can backfire (check out e.g. "overjustification effect").

So why do you want to add gamification? Do you have a problem with retention? What is that problem and is gamification the right solution to it? What game elements would you like to add?

Not sure about exactly what you are after but give a try to playfab.com - this is a collection of APIs and services that can power a lot of gamified scenarios.
