Best tool to make App explainer Video?

Hi, I am building a mobile app and looking to create a simple explainer video for it.
Most of the video is sketch board type video or Screener shot of the app with a background video with some text.
I am looking for a tool to screen record or any app that can help create a video like this https://youtu.be/wIPZINzcH8g for example.
Has anyone made an explainer video for there start up or app?
Please share your advice and suggestions.
I used Filmora by Wondershare. It's got some quite advanced features but done really well so it's simple to understand unlike some. You can either import media such as videos and images but it can also capture screen (either by monitor or you can select a portion) or web cam etc.
Thanks will look into it. Found a simple Screen Recorder. I am also looking at OBS as a open-source option.
If it's for few videos, I would say to outsource that to some experts (upwork, or even fiverr i good for that)
This ways, you can focus on the content instead of the realisation that can take many time.
