Best video repurposing tool for social media?

I'm looking for a smart, clever way to turn the hundreds of hours of Zoom recordings into usable bits for social media. Do I just slice it with iMovie and call it a day? CapCut? I discovered a tool called Piktostory which seems like a fit, but I'm wondering if any of you have tried it or found something perfect for this?
