Best way for preparing terms & condition, privacy statements for SAAS business.
Hi,
We are all creators in here and there is very low probability to find ourselves a lawyer(except lawyers whom try to start a business) and prepare custom terms&conditions and privacy statements.
I would like to ask for GDPR concerns or etc., what is the best way for creating these statements. What did you do?.

You can create Terms and Conditions by using online generators, at least for starters. If your project grows big and makes lots of money, you could think about custom T&C. I am considering building a product in this space, so if you are interested, I could create custom Terms and Conditions for you in return for some insight related to idea validation (I'd ask you a few questions. I'm a lawyer).
You can also generate an online GDPR-compliant privacy policy, but if you need to collect consent for the use of cookies by your users and visitors, then the privacy policy won't be enough. In such a case, you'll have to use a consent management platform (CMP). You can build your own CMP or outsource it. If you outsource it, I'd recommend secureprivacy.ai (Disclaimer: I've worked on their privacy policy template and generator).
