Best Way To Develop This Quickly - Online Form (Coronavirus)
Hi, I have an idea related to coronavirus.
I want to offer the service for free and then ask for a donation to those who want to.
I would like for someone to complete a form online, then their inputted answers are placed into a completed form which they can download as a pdf.
What is the best way/easiest to tackle this? May want to deliver form via email so that I have their email address.

Typeform.com is phenomenal, plenty of integrations, customization, and metrics rolled into one package. Its not free but could certainly be worth it especially if youre only doing this for a few months.
