Best way to get first 5 customers for your SaaS app?

In the early stages you should focus on testing a bunch of fb groups, subreddits, slack and discord groups.

Note down everything you learn about your ideal buyer persona through unfiltered chats from where they hang out..

You can use this template to note down your buyer persona traits.

You will use this as a guide to share content that resonates with them and their pain points.

Then start creating value and sharing it in these channels they active in.

Here's an example of how i create value and then turn that into a subscriber off Facebook groups

I have tried a little bit of cold emailing, don't have a definitive guide or so but I tried Instantly as a tool and it works pretty smooth.

Do you think cold email is worth trying? How is it going

I would open a Twitter account for my startup and put my sales pitch and link in my bio.

Then I would start to follow my competitors' twitter followers. Hopefully some would be interested.

Do you have any luck with those? My biggest concern is to lose credibility and be marked as spam. I am also interested to hear what tools / practices other members are using, what works and what to avoid.
