Best way to get LLC or Inc. ?

Apart from Stripe atlas, can anyone guide us for officially forming the company with a minimum charge and reduced risk

I've used betterlegal.com for one and it was pretty easy. They could use a little more communication on the exact process, but it's automated and they reach out. In NY I had to place ads separately though (weird old-school NY state law requirement). Depends where you are if there are weird additions like that. I was also introed to [email protected] and have used his services, all via email, super easy. He's great.

I have used LegalZoom and similar software, but I still prefer to go to a real lawyer. Someone who can answer my questions. It might cost more but in this day and age, it really isn’t that much more.

I think pricing is going to be similar everywhere. Mycorporation.com is a really solid service. I've used them a handful of times since 2006 and they've proven to be reliable, thorough, and they have amazing customer service. They were so good that Intuit bought them and didn't change anything.
