Was thinking about making a public list of curated resources for a particular topic. Generally going to be blog posts, podcasts etc...
I'm trying to decide on a low-friction way to both maintain and publish this list. Notion comes to mind, but I've heard concerns with scaling, SEO, and overall speed. Airtable also seems like a decent backend, but there would need to be a separate front end(which I'm not against).
Wondering what other Indie Hackers are using these days. Thanks!
Just empty project on github with readme.md. For example, check "Awesome lists for x".
If it will get traction, transform it to static site using markdown as a content source.
Or yml-based like this: https://github.com/ooloth/gatsbytutorials.com
Pretty sure I've seen airtable embedded into a website or just a straight up link to airtable.
Not super pretty but it works 😁
Yeah, I'd seen that done before. I'm kind of hoping to abstract away the UI a bit to make it cleaner.
True you can do that but than as you said you will have to customize your frontend.
Maybe other people know a better approach that offers more flexibility depends on how much work/time you want to put into a first version 🤙

A curated list of resources: blogs, podcasts etc... around a particular topic.
