Best way to look for audience for future project?

I often see that people recommend to pick a specific group that uses the internet a lot, for example digital nomads. Then find where they hang out online, observe their discussions, and research the themes they discuss in order to uncover their problems.
But I am not really sure how to look for those groups.
Do you have any recommendations for that?
Google:
[group theme] + community
[group theme] + meetup
[group theme] + blog
etc
Facebook:
Search for groups on [group theme].
Reddit:
Search for reddit on [group theme]
Twitter:
Find people who are talking about [group theme] or have [group theme] in their profile.
Where relevant repeat the same for Newsletters, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
Actually, on second glance, now I wonder how to look for those group themes. I mean how to come up with them
