Best website tagline

We've recently launched beta of our product at intelogos.com . It's a people analytics & performance management platform.

Our initial tagline was/is: "Know & Grow. Automatically." "Know" highlights that we provide data about people, i.e. people analytics. "Grow" indicates that we provide suggestions to help people & companies grow. And "automatically" shows that we do all of that automatically without people wasting their time.

However, we are now a bit concerned that maybe this tagline might be a bit confusing for others. Especially if we are to keep this as the first thing people see on our website.
