Better incident management tool

EasyStatus is a project that I am working on as a solution for a problem that I have noticed over the last couple of years in regards to incident management on engineering teams 👀
I’ve worked as a software engineer for multiple startups and on several teams; there are times when things just go wrong and products and features don’t function as they should, and your users are left wondering “what is going on?”
🥁 That's where EasyStatus comes in! The goal is to increase transparency for users and to significantly reduce the time spent by customer support teams on the same issue, saving your organization time and money in the process ⏳💸
