Bewerbungsfotos.ai — AI-Generated Headshots for the German Market 🇩🇪

Hey Indie Hackers!

I’m Henrik, a solo founder, and after weeks of late-night coding sprints and too much Club Mate, I just shipped Bewerbungsfotos.ai, an AI headshot generator specifically for job seekers and the like in Germany.

The Problem

Getting a professional headshot in Germany is a pain.

Going to a photo studio in-person, borrowing outfits, and being charged 150€-300€, then waiting for days to get a badly-photoshoped headshot is frustrating. But applying for jobs without a Bewerbungsfoto? Risky move. HR folks here still expect a polished photo.

The Solution

Bewerbungsfotos.ai lets anyone generate professional-quality headshots from selfies, in minutes, not days.

• Upload a few selfies

• Pick outfits + backgrounds

• Get either 40, 100 or 200 high-res, studio-quality photos

Why Germany?

A lot of generic AI headshot tools exist, but none really focus on German norms (think: neutral backgrounds, conservative outfits, LinkedIn/Xing, and no over-editing). I wanted to build something that feels “right” for the German market.
