Biggest hurdle for me right now: I Built something… Then i realized gaining an Audience is harder than building

I thought building the product would be the hardest part.

It wasn’t.

I built a marketing intelligence tool that helps people running ads understand what their data actually means and what to do next.

The real problem I’m trying to solve is this:
Most people don’t struggle with running ads —
they struggle with deciding:

  • when to scale

  • when to pause

  • when to wait

That decision point is where most money gets lost.

But now I’m hitting a different wall.

I have:

  • no audience

  • no distribution

  • no reputation

So when I talk about it, it feels like noise.

Not because the product isn’t useful —
but because I haven’t earned attention yet.

What’s interesting is…

I drive Uber full time, so I talk to people all day.
But almost none of them are the people who actually need what I built.

So now I’m trying to figure out:

  • how do you go from 0 → your first real users

  • without sounding like you’re just trying to sell something?

I’ve started engaging on Reddit and here,
but I’m realizing:

Building something people need
and getting it in front of them
are two completely different problems.

For those of you who’ve been here before:

What actually worked for you
when you had no audience and no traction?
