This was my biggest month in revenue, but my smallest in profit...

Throughout November, I launched a new collection in partnership with Makerlog, as well as the first hoodie collection.

The Makerlog collection was a great way to harness an existing audience. In return, I paid for a $5 Makerlog Gold subscription with every order.

I also started experimenting with prices based on customer feedback.

Shirts were traditionally US$35 with free international shipping. I've updated the pricing to US$27 with free shipping on orders over $50.

Since making the change, I've seen a noticeable increase in cart sizes per sale.

The other major roadblock has been VAT costs on orders within Europe. For each sale, I pay US$10.

When combining this with the cheaper sale prices, it makes for razor-thin margins.

There's still a backlog of tasks and strategies I'd love to add to Maker Threads.

Although it's not a profit-turning machine that'll immediately reach my income goals, it's refreshing to have a product that's slowly growing over time.
