Does anyone happen to run a newsletter (paid or unpaid) or community and is willing to have a quick chat?

From the initial people I've spoken to it seems like authors have issues with analytics of the audience, distribution and handling newsletter bundles. We'd love to dig a bit deeper into the issues around paid newsletters/podcasts and managing communities.
