Built it in Flutter with literally zero prior Flutter experience — first shipped version is a single-file app. It works. Tested on Android 15.

For Android closed beta, I’d separate “kept installed for 14 days” from “gave useful product signal.” A tiny weekly checklist helps: add one item, edit it, delete it, reopen later, then say where the UI hesitated. With Kinetic Override I’m finding that repeatable micro-scenarios expose more than general “try the app” asks.
