Billing Software for SaaS

I would like to get in touch with the SaaS startup founders to understand their real pain-points for their re-occurring billings, subscriptions, etc.

I want to validate whether it is feasible for me to start designing a simple and decent solution whereas there are already matured market players such as Charfigy, Recurly, Chargebee, Stripe, etc...
