Have you noticed any spike in downloads after that?
I should wait for 1-2 days to see the spike (Apple doesn't show live analytics)
As far as I know, if an app stays at least for few days to weeks then one can see a significant spike but lets see. (The sad part is I never invested my time in ASO, probably I should reconsider this)
Same case with Chrome Web Store 😒 I have to wait like 2 days until the stats from the given day refresh.
