Birthday WhatsApp Reminders
Hi, we have created a module to send birthday reminders with WhatsApp. This is a great add-on for your campaigns and actions to get more leads onboard of your solution, business, website.
How this works:
- You need WhatsApp API.
- You need to create a template to be use in the reminder.
- Then you can launch your reminders.

We call this a birthday reminder but you can use it for anything related to push notifications related to a specific date.
The CSV to upload and send the campaign should have this format:
Phone number * Birthday (year-month-day) * Body {{1}} Body {{2}}

You can define the hour and timezone for the reminder to be sent.
This is a very nice tool for anyone with an audience and the need to keep the engagement with these users. Also you can use this tool to send notifications for renewals, expiration dates, etc...
