Biz startup (cpa needed)

Ive reached out to a number of CPAs in my area the past 2 months but apparently it is hard to link; limited access.

Lone wolf business startup. I come from 0 connections, financial ignorance, employees, poverty etc and have no partners. Ive done due diligence but am getting info overload paralysis.

My business:
High end bikini company... want to branch out to apparel in the future. To be able to invest stocks and own real estate.

Ive created 2 LLCs... One as operating company ("bikini" llc) and one as holding company ("holding" llc) because my research found it beneficial to separate business from assets, profit... Etc for liability protection.... Holding company owns sewing equipment, company cars and real estate and income will he used to invest in stocks....

But would operating be an llc or should i change it to dba? if it is applicable it will minimize paperwork... The point of separation is to minimize liability, if someone wanted to sue my operating company, itd be hard for them if they wanted to find more to sue....

And as for banking, would both holding and operating have bank accounts? Or just holding... And payroll from holding co..

Where do i find the best business checking accounts with high yieldsavings accounts and most business credit/ loan with low apr.... Is it all possible within a rothira? Whole Life insurance? Focus is money with high yield but able to invest in stocks/real estate and use for payroll/expenses and taxes but decrease taxes as much as possible....

Regarding taxes, how to reduce taxes and lower tax bracket.... 😐

Ive also an llc made for real estate investments under my holding company as well. Is this necessary and should it also switch to dva or is llc applicable for my intentions...

I appreciate all input and if im able to connect with a cpa.
