Blog optimised for readability, your feedback?

Hi,
I have three suggestions for tweaks:

1. The headline font and the article font are too far apart in terms of size. To put it in layman's terms, it is like you are SHOUTING the name of the article, but only whispering the article content. :)

2. Secondly, I would think about adding some text between the article headline and the image. I know you are trying to use images to break up text, but I think you need to introduce your article with a little bit of teaser text before you show the image.

3. You have at least one headline which is punctuated with a question mark when you are not actually asking a question. I think you should pay very close attention to grammar and punctuation because poor grammar and poor punctuation will instantly dilute your credibility. If English is not your first language, you should have a native English speaker review your copy before you publish it.

Very readable. I like that you use images, quotes, and fonts to break up long lines of text.

I think one tweak you can make to the writing is to watch how you use the term "feedback." I was thrown off by a few usages of the term like:

"Customer feedback are.." -> Customer feedback is
"..what is a feedback.." -> what is feedback
"Your feedback are now" -> Your feedback is now
