Hello IH!
I'm getting ready to roll out BlogRank, a free tool that let's users quickly breakdown a tech blog's content and gain a better understanding of what languages/frameworks/products it discusses.
It's kind of like Github's language breakdown per repo, but for blogs.
I'm quite confident that it can shorten the distance between you and the solid engineering content you are looking for.
We're looking for some alpha testers, so if you're interested please sign up!
Already test something ...
So the product is blog related ... so why when i search something like "php" and click result links i go to youtube videos ? Shouldn't i be redirected to a blog ?
So why search icon behind typed text ? It's annoying ...
I wish the best of luck to your project
Pedro
Hey @PedroMartins, Thanks for trying it out and for the feedback!
Looks like you tried out the search engine. If you look at each of the results, it'll say if the result returned is a youtube video, blog post, or podcast episode. The search is supposed to help people find engineering content easier all in one place.
BlogRank is not yet released, but I'm looking for testers to sign up on the '/blogrank' page. Would you be interested? Is the messaging around it not clear?
Thanks of letting me know about the search icon, looks like it's a cosmetic thing I gotta fix with the css!
Cheers,
Z
