I’ve spent the last few years working in and building remote product teams. These are generally small teams of between three and nine people working towards a common goal or purpose. Comradery and team building are incredibly important on these teams.
Late to the party, but I’ve seen remote teams get a lot of value from quick, low-pressure games like Codenames or Just One. They’re short, fun, and spark the kind of side conversations that usually happen in an office. Curious if you ever tried anything async, like turn-based strategy games or puzzle challenges teammates can check in on during the day?
These are some really interesting games. Have played Sushi Go before and it's a blast.
This is awesome. Have you tried Business Walrus? Great, super fun game for PMs and designers.
I have not! I'll check it out. Great name
I love the idea of using board games for team building in remote product teams! It's a fun and engaging way to strengthen bonds, improve communication, and foster a positive team culture. Keep exploring creative ways to bring your team together and make work more enjoyable.
Cheers to building strong and connected teams! 🎉
Thanks @Dfrankle!
