I got tired of asking ChatGPT if my ideas were good. It always said yes.
Every time I had a big decision to make — raise prices, hire someone, pivot — I'd ask an AI tool. And every time, it would find reasons to validate whatever I was already leaning toward.
That's not advice. That's a mirror that only shows you what you want to see.
So I built Board — an AI board of advisors that's specifically designed to disagree with you.

Here's what happened when I ran my own decision through it:
I asked: Should I drop my freelance clients and go all-in on building Board? I make $8k/month freelancing, have $22k in savings, and 3 people who've said they'd pay.
Alex (CFO) told me $22k gives me 2.75 months of runway if I quit today. Then asked: "Have you actually sent any of those three people a payment link yet?"
Maya (Growth) said "said they'd pay" is where most early products go to die — and suggested compressing freelance to 40% rather than quitting cold.
Jordan (Devil's Advocate) said the load-bearing assumption in my entire plan was that going full-time would fix things — but what if the bottleneck wasn't time, it was validation?
Sam (Ops) told me to set a hard tripwire before quitting. "Founders who don't define that line make increasingly distorted decisions as savings drain."
The verdict: Don't quit yet. Send all three prospects a payment link this week with a 72-hour deadline. No soft framing. If they pay, the conversation changes. If they don't, you've learned the most important thing possible at zero cost.
I followed the advice. Kept one client. Built Board in the margins. And here we are.

$99/month. 3 free sessions before you need to subscribe.
Would love brutal feedback from this community — what would make you pay for this? What's the decision you'd bring to the board right now?
Happy to give IH members an extended trial — just reply here.
I like the use case. I'd suggest adding more info to the home page. I think people might not feel secure putting down a credit card for a trial with an auto charged high price tag at the end, without more product info and images. Have you considered removing that payment gate?
Thanks for the feedback. I have turned the landing page into a full marketing page now. Regarding payment, user will get three free sessions upon sign up (no credit card required) and after that, will be asked to subscribe to a 14 days free trial before any payment go through.
Looks interesting! I'll start using it and let you know my feedback once I've spent some time with it.Congratulations on the launch and best of luck!
Cheers mate. Let me know what you think. Any feedback will be highly appreciated.
