https://www.bookeclub.com Is a book club site, lets people find or start an online book club with a few clicks. It ranks for keywords like "Find a book club". It needs work but certainly better than starting from 0. I want to find someone that could take over the site and move the project forward. I will transfer the domain control too, so you know you are working for yourself.
@steban Among few other things, this is what I do - www.tractionmate.com & www.listbuildify.com I would love to explore how things could be made better on traction for your project. Ping me if you see some potential interest.
I have another book related site (project) - BookDetective.net - book search and recommendation engine. I will be more than happy to partner with anyone who is working/interested to work in this area.
Regards,
Simon
I've just launched https://founderlink.co. I'm looking to help founders like you, so let me know how I can help Esteban! I can be like your EA to help you find the perfect person 😉
Hi. Looks very interesting. When you say gaining traction - what are the numbers? How can we connect?
I am interested in learning more about taking over the site. As an entrepreneur and avid reader, I was looking for a way to connect my tech community through book clubs. Let me know if you haven't found anyone yet.
Thank you!
"We're creating an inclusive innovation lab for diverse tech champions to showcase their skills and create solutions for social good."
That sounds like the perfect match. Let's keep the conversation public. I would transfer the domain and hosting and help to answer questions on the current site architecture. In exchange, I would remain the owner of 50% of the site. Any changes or further development will need to be organized by you!
Sure! Thank you! I am excited as I have some community members who want to start a boocklub.
Very cool! What's your tech stack? I'm interested
Its Wordpress, and then we built a Saas platform on top of it using its multisite function.
This is an idea in my notebook. My email is in my IH profile, if you would like to reach out.
will write you once this post matures a bit.
Please send me a DM on my mail on my Indiehackers.com profile so we can discuss it :)
ok, give me a few days, so this post gets a few more visits before.
Cool! I was thinking about something like this recently. Not sure I can take it right now, but let me think :)
I would love for the project to be in the hands of a female entrepreneur!
Good concept, good initial design, lots of possibilities.
Thank you!

Im not selling the site, it needs to be someone with lots of experience running a business. But don't get discouraged, keep building. We used Wodpress to get this site online.
