Boost SEO with engineering articles on business blog?

When I solve an interesting engineering problem (like 'How to deploy your Django server onto AWS!' or 'Setting up chat in React Native'), I typically blog about these things on my personal blog.

Has anyone had luck posting these on their business blog? I'm worried it might be confusing to my customers, who probably don't care about these engineering details.

But I'm always trying to add more content to my domain to increase traffic. I've also considered continuing to build my personal blog, which can contain valuable 'follow' links back to my business blog.
