Bootstrapped JustCall & Helpwise to $10mil ARR. Then, raised a large VC round while maintaining majority ownership. AMA!

Hey fellow IH members,

I have been running SaaS Labs (JustCall.io & Helpwise.io) for almost 5 years now. I bootstrapped this business to almost $10mil ARR and then decided to say yes to inbound VC offers.

What started with me as a single guy doing everything from writing code to selling to providing support, has now grown into a 130+ member mission spread across multiple countries.
