We’re a small team of co-founders bootstrapping our way forward – no external funding, just complementary skills across product, development, UX, and customer experience.
Now we’re launching Hirefly – a lightweight and modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed specifically for small and growing companies.
Most ATS platforms are built for enterprises – bloated with features small businesses don’t need, and priced accordingly. Hirefly is our take on how simple, effective hiring should be for SMBs. Built for real-world use, not investor decks.
We want Hirefly to become the natural go-to choice for anyone looking for an affordable ATS with just the right features – nothing more, nothing less.
Congrats! Recruitment agency here, do you guys support Linkedin posting from the ATS (Limited free listings)?
Thanks! Not yet, but as soon as we become LinkedIn partners we will. Let me know if you want a life time deal. We offer it now in this early stage :)
Open to it. Where can I reach out to you?
Really interesting approach — simplicity in hiring is so underrated. In my case, running a remote Quran education platform means hiring certified teachers globally, and it’s always a challenge to find quality without going through dozens of unqualified applications. A tool like this could streamline a lot of that.
We're currently growing at and efficient hiring tools are a big help. Looking forward to seeing how you scale this!
Ok, let me know if you would like a life time deal ($89) with full functionally.
Awesome much success!!
Thanks Kay! :)
Nice idea, how will this protect against the devs out there shotgun =nng their resumes using tools/modified keyword triggers? Names such as John Smith doing John S, John B. S. John B. Smith, abd keywords of 'Fullstack' 'Full stack' through multiple resumes and resume sources? I saw something on reddit about 'white text AI prompt engineering' to put AI instructions in papers; which to my knowledge most ATS aren't affected by. My main question is, for small businesses/projects why not just use job hiring boards and sift through them yourselves as they're small?
Curious what made you enter this space? There are certainly some big names in this space that seem to dominate the market...
There is often room for an affordable alternative without the blows and whistles in crowded markets. They often have a lot of employees and offering a lot of features that small customers are not willing to overpay for.
Definitely true, big players often target big companies and leave a lot on the table. Often just comes down to trust. Will a new name in the space build sufficient trust to be tried in the first place or fizzle away.
Bootstrapping an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) means building and scaling it without external funding, using minimal resources and focusing on core hiring features.
