Bora is the app to find partners to play sports, organize matches, and connect with athletes near you.

I'd like to share a project I've been working on: https://borasports.online/

The idea came from a problem I've personally faced many times: wanting to play a sport but not having enough people to join, not knowing anyone in a new city, or traveling and having no idea where to find a game.

That's what inspired me to build Bora.

The goal of the app is to connect people through sports. Whether you're looking to make new friends, meet people who play the same sport, discover new places to play, or find that one extra player your group is missing, Bora is designed to make it easy.

The concept is simple: anyone can create a sports event by choosing the sport, location, date, and time. The event is then published in a feed where other users can join, chat with each other, and coordinate everything before meeting up.

The idea is to make that simple question—"Who's up for a game?"—actually happen by giving people an easy way to connect.

Whether you're into soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, running, cycling, skateboarding, or any other sport, Bora is built to help you find people to play with and create new connections.

The project is still in its early stages, and I'd really appreciate it if you could give it a try, share your feedback, and let me know what you think. Every suggestion helps make Bora better.

Thanks for your support! 🏀⚽🏐🎾🏃🚴

I like that you're starting from the coordination problem rather than treating it as another social network for athletes.

I'll be interested to see which reason people consistently come back after their first game. That pattern will probably reveal whether the product is really about finding players, building a local community, or making it easier to keep playing regularly.
