Both, honestly.

But fragmentation was the forcing function.

The judgment calls you're describing — who to follow up with, how urgent the runway situation is, whether a term is worth pushing back on — those are hard decisions. But they get harder when the context for each one lives in a different place.

When your pipeline is in Notion, your financials are in a spreadsheet, and your last email draft is in a ChatGPT window, you're not just switching tools. You're re-loading context every time. That cognitive overhead compounds fast when you're also the one writing code, managing the product, and doing the actual fundraising.

The deeper problem is that solo founders don't have a co-founder to hold shared context. FounderOS doesn't solve the judgment problem — that's still on you. What it does is keep the relevant information in one place so the judgment calls happen with full context, not fragmented snapshots.

Whether that's the right framing is something I'm still testing with early users.
