Bounties for referrals?

I'm in the final stage and getting ready to launch Recrooit

It's a crowdsource-based recruitment platform where people just like YOU recommend their peers for the advertised positions.

If their candidate gets hired, they get the bounty. 💰

So, Recrooiters are developers, business owners, project managers and hustlers with a strong network of like minded people. If you feel like you fit the description - feel free to join us.

I've been working for a while now on this project, but decided to launch early because of Covid-19.

I'm hoping this platform will be a way to help friends and family who lost their jobs land a new one🤞

Thinking about it, I don't want money to be the main motivation to recommend someone. For example, I figured it might be cool to add Pluralsight vouchers for devs instead of bounties. Wdt?

Any ideas what the prize should be?

I'd also like to learn what do you consider a suitable bounty for referrals.
