BrainDump AI: A lightweight voice first tool for capturing and organizing ideas on the go

Ideas often hit at the worst moments walking, cooking or during a short break. By the time you open your phone to type, the thought is already fading or feels like too much effort.
BrainDump AI tries to fix that friction with a very simple loop:
Hold the mic and speak naturally
Real time transcription using the browsers Web Speech API
Automatic sorting into Tasks, Ideas and Reminders

Everything saved locally in LocalStorage (zero API cost, full privacy)
Installable as PWA for quick access
After using it consistently, the biggest benefit I’ve seen is speed, thoughts turn into actionable items without extra steps.
Current focus- Improving mixed language transcription accuracy. Cloud sync is intentionally off for now to keep it fully local first.
